1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how musquared Inc. (“Musquared,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information connected with the Musquared website, including the email-list signup and website contact features. It does not describe how the InterBuckets mobile app handles information. See the separate InterBuckets Privacy Policy for the app.

When you follow a link to a service operated by another company, that company may handle information under its own privacy policy. The email-list signup opens a form hosted by Sender; Sender’s Privacy Policy also applies to your use of that form and its service.

2. Information handled through the website

Visiting the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page or file, Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and help secure the website. This can include network and device information and details about the requested page. Cloudflare describes its handling of this information in its Privacy Policy.

Some Learning Center articles and founder stories show page-view and like counts. We use page visits and likes to display these counts and remember saved likes. Cloudflare stores these counters for us.

Joining the Musquared email list

If you choose to join the email list, Sender receives the email address you provide and manages your subscription and confirmation status for Musquared. We use this information to send updates about future Musquared products, promotions, blog posts, and learning guides. The form asks you to give consent before submitting, and double opt-in requires you to confirm your email before Sender marks the subscription active. Sender records the consent action with the subscriber record.

When you open Sender’s hosted form, Sender may also collect technical information or use cookies as described in its Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe using the link included in a Musquared marketing email. After you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing messages to that address. Sender may retain information needed to record and respect your unsubscribe choice under its own service policies.

InterBuckets public beta applications

The InterBuckets public beta widget asks for your name, country, email address, and preferred platform. The website prepares an email draft in your email app; it does not send those details to the website server. The information reaches us only if you choose to send the message. Messages you send us

If you email info@musquared.com, we receive your sender address and the message through Google Workspace so we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive financial information through general email.

3. How we use information

We use website-related information to deliver and protect the site, manage the email list and send the updates you requested, review and respond to beta applications, answer messages, and meet legal obligations.

5. Processing outside Canada

Cloudflare, Sender, and Google may process information in countries outside Canada. Information handled in another country may be subject to that country’s laws. Their privacy policies describe their own information handling practices: Cloudflare, Sender, and Google.

6. Retention and security

We keep email-list information while you remain subscribed and for as long afterward as needed to administer the list, respect unsubscribe choices, and meet legal obligations. Sender may maintain subscriber and unsubscribe records within its service under its own retention practices. Messages sent to info@musquared.com are retained only as long as needed to respond and keep necessary business or legal records, then deleted.

We keep these counters while the feature is available and delete them when we retire it. You can remove your like at any time.

We use safeguards intended to protect information handled for the website. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Email-list signup is optional. You can withdraw consent at any time using an unsubscribe link in a Musquared marketing email. You can also contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your email-list subscription or a message you sent us. 8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or our information practices change. We will revise the effective date above and provide notice of material changes where appropriate.
